Skeleton deco mesh wreath

Found a great tutorial to make deco mesh wreath's at bigbearshouse.com  This was really easy and came together in about 20mins.

Good Candy

Saw this sign on pinterest and fell in love with it!!!  I painted some wood and added vinyl to it!

Halloween plates

 I simply added vinyl to these colored plates, to dress them up!

Witch hat

I found these hats at the dollar store.  They were too cute!!!  I decided to glam it up.  I made the flower from fabric and added so ribbon off the side.   Then filled the hat with plastic bags and attached it to a large candle stick that I glittered.

Party Skeleton

 I am really loving skeleton's this year.  Made this parting skeleton by purchasing the head at the dollar store and then attaching him to a large candle stick.  I made the party hat from scrapbook paper and dressed it up with ribbon.

Hello again!

It was a long summer for me.  I love love love Halloween!!!  now that things are calming down.  I thought I would get back to the blog.  I bought these witch hats in the dollar spot at target.  I just glammed them up with some ribbon and a spider.  They will be a prize for anyone, who does not dress up at our upcoming witches party.

American flag shutter

 Well, I filpped it over and painted the back white

Stars and Stripes pillow wrap

Remember my earlier post about making these pillow wraps.  I used the same idea here.  I freezer paper stenciled the star and stripe words on the burlap.  Then sewed the star fabric on the edges. Tie it on a pillow and your done!

Wood floor America star

My brother install's hard wood floors. I have him collect any left over pieces.  I glue and piece the boards together.  Then use them for crafts.  I used 3 floor slats, then painted a star and added white vinyl over top.

4th of july banner for the coffee filter wreath.

Yes, I plan on making banners for every season for this wreath.  Here is the newest one!

Porch rules

Simply paint a board any size and add vinyl.  I made this one for an auction.  I plan on making myself one in bright colors for my back porch.

How to make your own Recipe or picture holder stand

 1st you need a board any size, candle holder, some kind of topper (I used a wooden bead), mini paper clip, E-6000 glue.

Glue all pieces together like pitcured below.  let dry.

Spray paint any color and sand as desired

 You can also do this same process with a picture frame!  Like below:)

Let's ride Bike

Loving all the cute bike decor on pinterest.  Here a board that I stenciled a bike and lets ride on to.  I thought it was so fitting for summer.  I love how it hangs on my little fence.

Here comes the Sun

We have been ready for summer.  Wanting warm temps, swimming, late night walks, ect...  This is what I came up with for my yard post this month.  Bring on summer!

Moroccan Chest

I found this great Chest at a yard sale for $10.  I was going to leave it how it was.  The colors weren't really working with what I already had in my family room.  I taped off and painted it purple:)  Then went over the yellow lines with a gold sharpie.  Still trying to decide if I am going to add a design in the boxes.
