Have you ever seen what happens when a 1 year old gets a pen? I was preparing my church lesson. I didn't notice Luke Had gotten one of my pens.
These pics were taken back when we had a big snow storm in January. I thought they were fun. We found some pink boots and gloves that fit Luke in Grandma Smith's closet. He was half girl and half boy. We had a really good time playing in the snow. Luke loves to be outside!
Last saturday we had my sister Kim take some picyures of Luke. They turned out so cute. He loved wearing his Japanese outfit that grandpa and grandma Mills got for him.
Luke is such a crazy boy. A couple of weeks ago Alli was at my house. Of course she was all dressed up. She had this cute little headband on. Luke decided that he need the headband. What a silly little man.
Have you ever seen what happens when a one year old gets a hold of a candy cane? Let me tell you it's not a pleasent suprise. Luke found this candy cane. I had quite a time getting it away from him. By the time I got it he was covered and so was our family room.
I can't believe it has almost been a month since my last post. I can blame the Christmas rush on part of it. My problem has been that Chris bought me a new camera, and I have no clue how to use it. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. We stayed at a condo in bearlake with my family. The boys were able to go snowmobiling for three days. The girls hung out at the condo and watched movies, played games, ate lots and lots of food. Luke had a great time running around being totally crazy with his new vaccume he got from Santa.
We took Luke to see Santa on Saturday. Needless to say he wasn't a very good little helper. What a great picture. I'm sure in the future this will be a great black mail item. Happy Holidays!
Luke has been so funny over the past few days. They say that babies develope a sense of humor around 12 months. He laughs at almost anything. What a silly little boy!
Monday was Luke's 1st birthday. We had a cowboy party with most of his Aunt's and Uncles. Grandma and Grandpa Mills and Nelson both came. Luke got so many presents (I don't think we need Christmas) He got some Big Tonka Trucks, Thomas the train set, books, clothes, cars, and a tool set. What a spoiled little boy! When it came time for him to destroy the cake. He had no problem. He is all boy!
Luke's has had this lion since he was 3mos old. He loves Louie the lion. When he see's Louie he gets a big grin, and then he tackles him. I guess you can say they are best friends!
Saturday night Luke fell and hit his head on the computer box. needless to say we have had our first head injury. We took him to the kids care. Instead of stiches they put some glue on his cut. I am sure this won't be our last head injury with little Luke. He is quite a wild little man.
Luke loves to help out around the house. He is constantly emptying my cupboards and dishwasher. He was very intrested in his daddy's new drill. He thinks he is so big
We took Luke to his first Trunk or Treat at the church tonight. He was dressed as Darth Vader, and so was Daddy. He got a lot of Candy and had a fun time. He thinks he is such a big boy.
Today my cranky cowboy is 11 months old. I can't belive how fast he has grown up! He had his very first haircut today. Luke is no longer a baby, he is now a little boy
