Easter Garland

My crafting for St. Patty's was short lived. I finished up all my treat pouches. Now I'm ready for spring crafting. This was fun and very easy to make. The bunny and egg shapes are from making memories chip board line. I simply covered them in paper added a few embellisments and wire.

Lucky

The bad thing about stamping/paper crafting. I feel the need to make favors/treats for every holiday! Happy St. Patricks Day

Here are a few more test cards. I like the blue bird. It's bright fun and cheerful. The orange bird seems to drab.

Spring fever

I got my new stamps today. Does anyone else have spring fever. I just had to use these fun flowers to get me in a better mood. It has been a along time since I made a scrapbook page. What a fun change!

A few cards ideas I had for our next swap. I am not in love with either of them. Guess I will keep trying!

Fluffy orange cream cheese french toast

1/4 C sugar

8oz cream cheese

1 tub cool whip

blend together with hand mixer.

I scooped out some of the cream cheese mixture. I then added a few tablespoons of orange juice. Layer the cream cheese mixture between your favorite french toast recipe. Top with your choice of fruit.

I had this for breakfast today. Yum! Yesterday we had the cream cheese mixture on crepes. Tomarrow I am making strawberry pancakes topped with this stuff! Delish!

Happy Homemaker purse

My lesson for YW was on homemaking. I made a purse for each girl. During the lesson the filled out slips of paper. They wrote down what makes a happy homemaker. This was really fun and the girls loved the purse's. Thanks again for the pattern Suz!

Why I paper craft

This is a simple gift I made for a freind going through a rough patch. It didn't cost me much, but It was truly heartfelt. I love making gifts from the heart. This is why I papercraft!

2 Days of cooking Disasters

So you all know my first love is paper crafting. My second love is cooking, Yes I have also become a foodie. This is supposed to be an oreo cream filled bunt cake. It overflowed in the pan and burned all over in my oven. That happened yesterday. I didn't clean my oven because I was off to my card swap(way more important than cleaning the oven). Today I preheated the oven to make dinner. I could smell something burning "Oh crap the oven is on fire". (which I was able to put out with baking soda. Luckily) If you couldn't guess, I just called Chris and asked him to pick up dinner. I will be cleaning the oven out tonight!

I made these for my sister to give as thank you gifts. We filled them with office supplies. It has a dry erase board, post it notes, and a binder clip to hold notes.
